I have insurance and a drivers license. Im talking about the direction of the nation. Dont you watch any cop shows? Here is another example of what I mean. My wife works for the census. If she sees anything like child abuse, spousal abuse, any illeagal activity, she CAN NOT report it. She is not allowed. She is there to get census info, not to see if people are being treated right. If she was not there for the census she would have not been there at all. Therefor she can not report any thing that is not for the purpose of the census. The cop was there for the purpose of the accident. If the guy in the truck did not get hit he would have never been there for the cop to check. I do not support illegal activity, Im just saying that the cop should not have given a ticket for something unrelaited to what he was there for. If the cops come to your house with a search warrent for drugs and the find a still, they can not arrest you for the still. They can take it but not arrest you because that is not why they came to the house to start with. Make better sense now? Calm down my freind
